Terms of use

These terms cover Tenfold, Calio, BowlUp, Stagely and Rankify, operated by Andres Guerra as personal projects under Andres Apps. By using the apps, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Your account

Use accurate account details and protect your sign-in credentials. Use the services only when permitted by the laws that apply to you, and obtain parental or guardian permission where required. One account can be used across all five apps, with separate app data. Account deletion affects all five apps, including synced data, and requires explicit confirmation. Transfer or remove any Stagely squads or festivals you own before deleting your account.

Your content and shared features

You retain your rights to content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide your chosen features, synchronize devices and share it with the people or audiences you select. Only upload content you are entitled to use, including information or photos involving other people. Other users may retain copies of content you make public or share.

Acceptable use

Do not use the apps unlawfully, impersonate people, harass others, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service and its users.

Check important results

Verify schedules, imported information, AI-generated scores and rankings before relying on them. Festival times can change, and automated results can be wrong. The apps are personal tools and do not guarantee event availability, uninterrupted reminders or the accuracy of third-party information.

External services and availability

Optional features depend on services including Google, Apple, Spotify and OpenAI, under their applicable terms. Features may be unavailable or change as those services change. Current availability does not guarantee continued free access or uninterrupted service. Any future paid feature will show its price and applicable terms before purchase.

Backups and changes

Keep your own exports of important information where an export feature is available. Syncing is not a substitute for an independent backup. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the apps, but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
